Junior Landscaper/Apprentice/Graduate Position

The successful candidate will:

Experienced Landscaper

The successful candidate will:​

  • Have the drive to further develop their career and grow within the business

  • Have good organisational and managerial skills

  • Have at least 2-3 years experience in landscaping​

  • Confident with ability to operate 3.5 tonne excavator 

  • Have understanding and setting out jobs from detailed designs

  • Excellent communications with both clients and Directors

  • Ability to organise other tradesman

  • Reliable, presentable, team player attitude with a good work ethic

  • Have a 'can do' approach to tasks.

  • Be hardworking, motivated & punctual.

  • Be planning on staying in Wanaka long-term.

  • Enjoy free weekends to make the most of living in Wanaka! 

  • Enjoy working as part of a team.

Opportunity to grow and gain qualification into a managerial role within the company.  Work-life balance Monday to Friday work days with consistent hours. Majority of work on new build properties in Wanaka. Potential for salary and vehicle package. 

Landscape Builder

The successful candidate will:​

  • Proficient in constructing hardscaping elements like decking, concrete formwork, fences, pergolas, and retaining walls.

  • Experience operating machinery or eagerness to learn.

  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within project construction areas.

  • Possibility of a work truck for the right candidate.

  • Positive attitude and takes pride in outdoor workmanship.

We supply tools, and this position can be either employee-based (preferred) or contractor-based.
